Your items are sent by Inter-Link.
On receipt of your goods, a signature will be required.
We aim to dispatch your order to you in 5 - 6 working days.
Déjà Shoes can only dispatch items to the billing address of the cardholder.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 28 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened and unmarked, together with your receipt, within 28 days of receiving your parcel.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packing cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
